Topeka High Fire Causes $400,000 in Damages
Topeka, KS – In a land where Sam Brownback can call himself rational and give away $90 million dollars in federal subsidy just to spite Obama, $400,000 may not seem like very much. But here in the land of reality, it is, and unfortunately the streets of this Kansas town is not filled with Oz Golden riches.
The Topeka High fire shocked many, as headlines initially left it vague if the entire school was aflame or just a sub-section. Fortunately, Topeka’s fine firefighters were able to presumbaly extinguish the blaze and leave damage to the relic high school limited to the balcony. The ouch factor of all this: the damages will cost some $400,000 for residents to fix. In these Obamanation times, that is a very substantive figure.
Since Brownback can afford to give away $90 million of tax money to another state, just to prove he is thick-headed, he should be able to cover the expenses of the Topeka High School fire. For some reason “fire” and “Sam Brownback go so well together, “Fire Sam Brownback”? Has a nice ring to it. Who has the authority to fire a knuckle-headed governor?
