Hello viewers, I’m back with some more DIY projects for you. I know some of you are doubting yourself when it comes down to actually doing the project, but there’s no need to be afraid of getting a little bit dirty. Trust me it is all worth it when it is all said and done! You’re going to praise yourself when you complete the project itself and want to do more. So, let’s have a look at these 5 Simple DIY Projects for you to do.
1: Washing Machine Fire Pit:
I vastly prefer s’mores to clean clothes, anyway. Play it safe and surround the pit with bricks or stones if you’re grilling on the grass. And remember to watch the kids. They like fire too.
2: Skateboard Sconce Lamp:
This particular skatebard sconce lamp is a vintage board with brass hardware. Modern skateboards would work too, although they might not look as classy in your study.
3: Dumpster Swimming Pool:
Insert ‘dumpster diving’ pun here. This New York City mobile pool project is the endeavor of Macro Sea, a company that specializes in projects that combine art and urban renewal. Make sure to check for hobos and such before getting in.
4: Newspaper Yarn:
All I can think is “what would happen if I knitted a newspaper yarn sweater and got caught in the rain?” But according to Green Upgrader, this stuff is only slightly less durable than real yarn. Maybe I should just start with a scarf.
Here’s what I would do with this: hang the globe lamp directly above the desk in the kids study area or even in the office. This is also great school room decor for history classrooms and such. Makes you feel that much more smart when you look up and the world as you knew it is illuminated with awesome.
Alright viewers, this is all the DIY projects I have for now. Make sure to come back and see what we have new next time.
